The Eagles will flip a coin with the Indianapolis Colts to decide their respective draft positioning this Friday at the Indiana Convention Center.
Howie Roseman will represent the Birds, potentially alongside Head Coach Doug Pederson and VP of Personnel Joe Douglas, according to Dave Spadaro.
